He expects a flu epidemic in the next 3-4 years and recommends people know how to use Vitamin C and hydrogen peroxide. His recommendation is to start taking 1 gram of C an hour at the first sign of illness and to back off some if it loosens your bowels. He says that we can take a lot of C when we're coming down with something. He also says to learn how to use food grade hydrogen peroxide.
